Abstract

Library as one of crucial unit in higher learning functions to provide information to the academic community and available to public for the center of learning resources. This study aims to analyze the relation of organizational culture, knowledge management to library users satisfaction. The quantitave approach was used with survey method at two state university libraries, with proportional sampling used 206 students as users to fulfill questionnaire about organizational culture of library, knowledge management, and their satisfaction from library service. Multiple regression and determination analysis were used to analyze the data. The result shows that organizational culture and knowledge management significantly relates to users’ satisfaction, proved that alternative hypothesis was accepted. This study implies that good organizational culture and knowledge of management may effect on library services to create users satisfaction.
