Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has directly contributed greatly in realizing the quality of service performance for school administrative personnel. The contribution of ICT in improving service quality is; (1) with ICT work is done on time, so that services can be better, (2) more efficient use of time and minimizes errors, (3) ICT-based school administration is very helpful in compiling dapodic data and school archives, (4) assists in filling in the report card (e-report card) and so on. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City, Kel. Bagan Pete, Kec. Alam Barajo, Jambi City. This study focuses more on the performance of the school administration in the student sector. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis. The steps in data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data display and verification.
