Abstract

This thesis discusses the Application of the Numbered Head Together Learning Model in Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Thematic Learning in Class III in public elementary schools 192 / IX Simpang Setiti Kec. Jambi Outside the City. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in Thematic learning class III in public elementary schools 192 / IX Simpang Setiti Kec.Jambi Luar Kota with the application of the Numbered Head Together Learning Model. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were grade III students of public elementary schools 192 / IX. This research uses Kemmis and Tanggart Model designs, while data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation and test techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Numbered Head Together model can improve student learning outcomes in the learning process. Improving student learning outcomes can be measured from the evaluation of cycle I, and cycle II. With the value of student learning activities in the first cycle of 67.69% and 81.53% in the second cycle. While the increase in student learning outcomes can be measured from each cycle, student learning outcomes in Cycle I amounted to 52.63% with the category "Low" and student learning outcomes in the second cycle of 78.94% with the category "High" Thus the results of research in public elementary schools 192 / IX have been achieved well.
